Our 1st Annual General Meeting is now set for Thursday 27th February, 2020 at 2.30pm at the Screening Room (or at the Goh Choon Lim Hall, if necessary) of our alma-mater, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Methodist (ACS) Melaka, Jalan Tengkera, 75200 Melaka.
All members are invited to attend the AGM, to set the future path of our OBA and to elect Office bearers to lead the association. Contribute your ideas and help our OBA set goals. Come and renew friendships and to make new ones too.
If you are not yet a member, it is not too late to sign up and be qualified to attend the meeting, vote and stand for election if interested.
To allow all interested eligible alumni to participate in the elections during the AGM, membership intake will remain open until before the elections commence. All ordinary members, including those who have signed up and paid their fees on that day prior to the elections, will be eligible to vote or to stand for elections. Members unable to attend may vote via MACS OBA WhatsApp Group. Proxy votes (with letter of proxy appointment) and absentee candidacy (with prior confirmation of desire to be a candidate) will also be allowed. Thank you.
