The 1st AGM was held on Thursday 27.02.2020 at 2:30pm at the Goh Choon Lim Hall, SMK Methodist (ACS) Melaka.
We are pleased to distribute here the AGM minutes for all members, interested prospective members and alumni in general.
We thank all those who took the time to attend and helped to make this AGM a successful one. Our appreciation and thanks too to the Principal, Rodney Tan, his school administration, teachers and prefects who actively provided support and the venue. Thanks too to the Tuckshop Makcik who provided a delicious spread for tea, coffee and refreshments.
With the new Committee now officially in place, we look forward to carrying out programs and activities according to the aspirations of the members. Sub-Committees can and will be formed to facilitate these and we will always welcome suggestions and participation from members. So please do come forward and see how we can all progress together.
Meanwhile, please do not hesitate to join your MACS OBA and please do encourage your class and batch mates to get involved and to sign up as members.
